The software helps retailers unify all customer data, create customer segments, better target new customers, activate old customers, and ultimately grow the lifetime value of their customers. Once implemented, Lexer is used across the organisation from marketing, eCommerce, customer service, product, and finance/reporting. Lexer is used by a widespectrum of retailers and brands including Quicksilver, Zimmermann, Billabong,Optus and The Iconic.
Lexer was founded in 2010 by David Whittle (CEO), Aaron Wallis (CTO) and Chris Brewer (CFO), who bring a combination of experience and expertise stemming from prior careers at M&C Saatchi and Experian. Lexer has operations in both Australia and the US.
