Jemma Potezny

Jemma joined the investment team at Five V Capital in July 2024.

Before joining Five V, Jemma worked as an Investment Associate at Australian mid-market private equity firm, Liverpool Partners, where she focused on technology and healthcare businesses.

Jemma commenced her career as a corporate lawyer. Before moving into private equity, Jemma was a Senior Associate at Johnson Winter & Slattery where she advised leading Australian and international private equity firms on their investments in the region.

Jemma holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Adelaide.
