Karen Bell

Karen is the Chief Operating Officer at Five V Capital. She is a highly experienced financial services professional with a wealth of leadership, strategy, governance and change management experience gained over her 30 year career. She has worked in executive and non-executive positions based in Sydney, Singapore, London and Amsterdam.

Prior to joining Five V, Karen worked as a partner at Privatus Capital Partners where she was responsible for the establishment and management of the firm’s advisory and funds management infrastructure as well as operating partner assignments. Before Privatus she worked at Bell Partners and prior to that spent 20 years at Deutsche Bank in various senior global and regional roles in the Chief Operating Office of the Bank. Karen also worked for KPMG as a Manager in their Banking and Finance practice.  

Karen has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Securities Institute of Australia and the Institute of Company Directors.
