Monique Iannella

Monique joined the investment team at Five V in July 2024. Prior to this, she was based in New York, where she honed her skills in financial restructurings, operational improvements, investments, M&A, and trading.

Monique served as a Senior Associate at M3 Partners, working on an array of investment and advisory deals across sectors including Healthcare, Technology, Retail, Financials, and Industrials. Before that, she held Senior Associate roles within JP Morgan's Investment Bank and at National Australia Bank.

Monique holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with High Honours from Hofstra University, graduating Summa Cum Laude for both degrees. She completed one year of a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Melbourne but paused her studies when the program moved offline, opting to continue working in the U.S.
